Can a company pay for rank 1?

No. Rank is an editorial order, and it is not for sale.

Are the Visit links affiliate links today?

They open the official site and do not add an affiliate code. If a link later pays a commission, the rank and the verdict still will not change.

How we make money

A listing is free. A rank is not for sale. Featured means this directory is spotlighting a tool, not that the tool paid for the slot.

Feature your tool is a placeholder. It has no payment link, no checkout, and no invoice.

Each Visit link goes to the official site on that entry. The link does not add an affiliate code. If a future link pays a commission, that commission will not change the rank or the verdict. The homepage says the same thing, and each Visit control repeats it.
